Web-Industries- in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a Press Assistant (Manufacturing Operator II) on 12‑hour days (2/2/3). You will assist press operators with setups, run production, and handle material preparation, packaging, and transport using a forklift.

You will help with safety checks, quality audits, waste reduction, and data entry while supporting maintenance and other operators as needed. A background in manufacturing and forklift certification are valued for this role.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (cGMP experience preferred).
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• HS diploma or GED required; forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Assist press operators with setups and run production, cleaning and troubleshooting of the press and ancillary equipment.
• Prepare material for packaging, tag/wrap material and transport to shipping using a forklift.
• Support quality and safety audits and maintain a clean, safe press area.
• Wrap and change rolls, push/turn stock, and assist with ink blending and press adjustments.
• Enter production data and assist with other duties as assigned.
