Job summary

Vestcom is a leading provider of tech-enabled shelf-edge pricing and promotion communications. The Press Assistant handles packaging, loading, and assisting in make-ready and operation of a flexographic press to meet customer expectations.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of press experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to Vestcom’s safety and QA/QC standards. The role includes potential overtime and shift work on a 3rd shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six (6) months experience as a Press Assistant.
• Ability to embody and reflect Vestcom’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the manufacture of a quality product that meets customer expectations and specifications.
• Learn/retain and follow all QA/QC procedures.
• Support/assist the press operator in meeting production goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and use required PPE.
• May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
