Job summary

RRD is seeking a night-shift press helper in Bucks County, PA to load materials, adjust feeders, and deliver components for installation. The role requires basic presswork knowledge and the ability to follow instructions while assisting with make-ready and maintenance tasks.

You will operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms as part of daily production. Includes a $3 per hour shift premium and a $1000 sign-on bonus, with a strong benefits package outlined by the

• Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance
• Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms

Responsibilities

• Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running
• Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper
• Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation
• Recycle old/discarded plates
• Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation
• Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recycling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates

Job Description

Hours: Sunday - Thursday 11pm to 7am

Shift Premium: $3 per hour

Additional Information

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.56 to $23.76 hour.
