ProMach is hiring a Press Assistant to support setup, operation, changeovers, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You’ll work with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste.

The role is part of a 24/7 operation with a starting pay of $17.00/hour plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a schedule that avoids swing shifts. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.
• Basic color differentiation and measurement reading skills.

Responsabilidades

• Starting Pay: $17.00/hour depending on experience
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday - Wednesday every other Thursday
• ? No swing or rotating shifts

$2,000 sign-on bonus Shift: Monday - Wednesday every other Thursday 6:00 AM – 6:0 PM ? No swing or rotating shifts

Are you motivated by hands‑on work and being part of a fast‑paced production team?

In this role, you will:

• Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime
• Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials
• Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed
• Perform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work area
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirements
• Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows
• Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press and production operations

• Add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.
