Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a President for Northeast Hospital Corporation, overseeing Beverly Hospital, Addison Gilbert and BayRidge Hospital. The role leads executive leadership, strategic growth, and fiscal health within a fully integrated system.

The President will collaborate with system-wide leadership to advance patient care, education, research, and community service, while driving performance, inclusion, and financial strength across the BILH network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration or closely related field.
• Ten (10) years of hospital operations experience, preferably within a larger health system.
• Demonstrated leadership in a matrixed organizational structure and experience redesigning clinical/administrative performance models.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff selection, development and performance to meet goals and foster growth.
• Advise direct reports and model an inclusive, collaborative culture.
• Build trustful relationships with staff, physicians, Board Members and community.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and budget monitoring across departments.
• Develop systems and KPIs to drive quality, productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Partner with CFO and leaders to align financial performance with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with system leaders to advance integration across BILH.
