Job summary

The Contractor Consultants in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a President to lead our gypsum operation as the senior executive with full P&L ownership and strategic growth responsibility. You will set the vision, manage budgets, and expand our market reach in end markets such as wallboard, cement, and agriculture.

Reporting to ownership, you’ll build a high‑performing leadership team and drive the commercial function, including pricing, contracts, and key accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership in mining or industrial materials with full P&L ownership.
• Track record of growing revenue and market reach in a B2B environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience presenting strategy to ownership or board.
• Executive leadership creating and guiding cross‑functional teams.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders without owning safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall gypsum operation performance and strategy.
• Own full P&L including budget and capital planning.
• Drive market expansion to new customers and geographies.
• Collaborate with the Mining Manager to align safety and operations with growth.
• Lead commercial functions: pricing, contracts, and key accounts.
