You will build strategic plans, expand influence, and ensure long-term financial sustainability while maintaining a bipartisan, results-oriented leadership style across Virginia's diverse regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred but not essential.
• Experience in leading organizations and bipartisan engagement is essential.
• Strong track record in advocacy, governance, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary, strategic leadership and organizational growth.
• Serve as primary advocate and spokesperson for Virginia's business community.
• Develop strategic plans to expand influence, membership, and financial sustainability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team and manage cross-functional operations.
