Job summary

ROC USA Capital seeks an entrepreneurial President to lead our CDFI and owned subsidiary into its next growth phase. You will own lending origination, underwriting, asset management, capital deployment, and loan participations, while strengthening partnerships with state HFAs, banks, and public agencies.

This full-time, remote-friendly role offers strategic influence, mission-driven impact, and opportunities to scale affordable housing financing through technology and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in commercial real estate, multifamily, or community development lending with senior responsibility for originations, underwriting, and credit decisions.
• Track record of structuring and closing complex real estate loans with multiple capital sources or public subsidy.
• Experience leading lending professionals, setting production priorities, and overseeing portfolio risk.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise strategy and execution with the Executive Leadership Team, aligning lending priorities and capital availability.
• Direct origination, underwriting, structuring, and loan closings, resolving complex issues with partners and counsel.
• Lead lending and portfolio health, oversee asset management, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
