ROC USA Capital seeks an entrepreneurial President to lead its CDFI and wholly owned subsidiary into a new growth phase. The President will own the full lending operation, including origination, credit, asset management, capital deployment, and loan participations, while shaping strategy and partnerships.

Based remotely in the contiguous United States or in Washington, DC (hybrid option) with up to 25% travel, this role drives mission and margin through innovative lending products and strong

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in commercial real estate or community development lending.
• Experience leading lending teams and managing complex real estate loans.
• Ability to build external relationships with borrowers, CTAPs, public partners, and investors.

Responsabilités
