Job Description

The President is responsible for the overall executive leadership, strategic growth, operational performance, and financial health of Northeast Hospital Corporation. This leader will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing operational excellence, fiscal stewardship, and strategic priorities. Working closely with Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) leadership, the President will strengthen system integration, foster community partnerships, support philanthropic growth, and preserve the organization's collaborative, patient-focused culture. The President will serve as a visible leader within the hospital and community, driving quality, performance improvement, and long-term organizational success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Pay Range:

$500,000.00 USD - $585,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for additional compensation, which may include performance-based incentive bonuses.
