Methodist Home for Children (MHC) provides safe, stable homes where children can thrive and live to their full potential. It operates with a $24M budget and endowment, offering 25 services to over 1,300 children and families annually. The current CEO is retiring after 19 years, and the organization seeks a strategic, faith-inspired leader to guide its next chapter.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, managing a $24M budget and foundation.
• Support the Board and foster collaboration across teams.
• Lead a statewide staff of 350, promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Foster relationships with community stakeholders, including the Methodist Church, government officials, and donors.
• Represent MHC at various forums and advocate for high-quality services for children and families.

• Proven executive leadership in child and family services or related fields.
