Serving as the college’s chief executive officer, the next President will work closely with the board of trustees, senior leadership, and the broader campus community to shape and advance institutional strategic priorities. the role is accountable for guiding the institution’s direction and ensuring that its academic and student success mission is strengthened and sustained.

the President will advance academic excellence, innovation, and career readiness; strengthen enrollment, retention, fundraising, and the institution’s financial position; and elevate the organization’s profile through clear communication of its distinctive value. the leader will foster an equitable, welcoming, and respectful campus environment, invest strategically in people, facilities, and technology, and build strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni, families, community partners, and supporters.
