Up to $225k base + bonus and LTIP

Ten branches. A distribution center. A business with real scale, real momentum, good people and a leadership gap.

Seven Executive is retained on a President/GM search for a high-growth HVAC & Plumbing distribution organization operating across the US and this isn't a caretaker role.

The business is mid-transformation: strong bones, growing footprint, but a culture and operating rhythm that needs a leader to shape it, not just manage it.

They're not looking for a figurehead. They're looking for someone who will walk into the branches, get into the numbers, ask the hard questions, and take ownership of both operational and commercial performance from day one whilst being visible to employees and customers.

This appointment is a critical part of the business's next chapter and the right person will have real influence over how that chapter is written.
