Founded in 1858 and serving more than 73,000 students nationwide, APH is building on a remarkable period of innovation and growth. With the successful launch of the Monarch braille device, the upcoming opening of The Dot Experience, expanding global partnerships, and a strong financial foundation, the organization is shaping the future of accessible learning while broadening its national and international impact.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the President will provide strategic leadership for a complex organization of more than 330 employees, guiding operations across manufacturing, technology, education, and services while serving as APH's chief ambassador. This leader will strengthen strategic partnerships, advance innovation, diversify revenue, and work collaboratively with the Board and executive team to position APH for continued growth.

The salary range for this position is $440,000-$480,000.
