AECOM is seeking a Preservation Program Analyst to support its Preservation Management Program under the Information Governance Program. Job description

Minimum qualifications:

+ 4 years of experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance or a related field (e.g., records management, data governance, etc.).

+ 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

+ 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience supporting development and on-boarding of a new policy or decision-making framework, legal technology or managing existing technology and related processes.

+ Experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to program leadership.

+ Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence key partners and stakeholders.

+ Ability to develop and understand strategy.

+ Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, leveraging sound business judgment and management.

+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and investigative skills.

As a Preservation Program Analyst, you will support the newly-established Preservation Management Program under the larger Information Governance Program, working toward ensuring completeness, consistency, and appropriate prioritization of preservation projects across Google’s Legal Discovery organization. You will support the development of a more methodical approach to preservation work across the Discovery organization, allow for a more proactive and thoughtful approach to prioritization, and provide standing guidance to stakeholders to improve adoption/compliance. This program will also allow organization-wide metrics reporting on preservation efforts and provide leadership with both a comprehensive window into the work the teams are doing in this area and an understanding of all outstanding gaps and associated legal risks.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Work with Information Governance and Preservation program leadership to operationalize recommendations and support the development of the new Preservation Management program.

+ Identify gaps across the legal preservation landscape and create programs and processes to solve them, with a focus on leveraging technical solutions supported by robust roadmap documentation.

+ Translate legal, compliance, and business needs into program strategies, working with program leadership to create and prioritize initiatives, and conduct strategic analysis to mitigate legal risk and develop business critical documentation.

+ Manage and track progress against success metrics, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure timely and accurate delivery of work, and establish/lead processes for effectively managing the area.

+ Ensure program leadership alignment and garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders surrounding new ideas and strategies.
