Qualifications

• Graduate degree in progress in planning/public policy or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in planning/public policy or related field required.
• Interest in affordable housing and community development.
• Knowledge of Bay Area racial and economic landscape related to housing.

Responsibilities

• Support staff in coordinating collaborations, including logistics, agendas, notetaking, and materials.
• Research, write, and summarize best practices, programs, and policies pertaining to affordable housing preservation and building electrification.
• Assist with technical assistance delivery to public agencies and community-based organizations pursuing preservation strategies.
