Job Description

Title: Presentation Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX

Employment: Fulltime

• Responsible for using various forms of presentation software to create presentations that will act as a form of business communication. This person must possess business acumen, but also have some creative skill in graphic design.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other Microsoft products.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) or equivalent software (Sketch, Prezi, etc.).
• Excellent writing skills.
• Excellent business communicator.
• Executed new designs from concept to completion in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Knowledge of corporate design practices, logo usage and corporate identity standards.
• Work with business to design logos, web pages, and some marketing content (posters, backdrops, table runners, etc.).
• Graphic design skills are a must.
• Creative eye for page layout.
• Able to understand technical content and translate the information to a story.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Web design experience is a plus (SharePoint, HTML, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience in translating business information/data/analytics into compelling visuals (charts, graphs, informational graphics, and presentations).
• Strong organizational skills, superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities and ensuring that promises are kept and expectations are exceeded.
• Ability to establish productive, collegial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must supply a portfolio sharing graphic design experience.
• Responsible for capturing and designing our year-end book, a year-long process of capturing different team events and data.
