Solomon Page is seeking a Presentation Designer for an ongoing remote freelance/contract engagement. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to transform complex information into clear, visually compelling presentations that inform, influence, and drive decision-making.

The ideal candidate has advanced PowerPoint skills, strong visual design capabilities, and outstanding business storytelling to develop executive-level materials across high-stakes engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing professional business presentations in a corporate or agency environment.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including templates, animations, and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of executive communications and business storytelling, with demonstrated experience designing presentations for senior leadership audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex content into clear, concise messaging.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, town halls, strategic planning sessions, and client engagements.
• Design visually engaging slides that communicate complex business concepts, strategies, and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
• Build and maintain presentation templates, layouts, and graphic standards that align with corporate branding guidelines.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all presentation materials from concept through final delivery.
• Transform complex data, reports, and technical content into concise executive narratives with clear structure and impact.
• Develop executive summaries, talking points, and briefing materials that support leaders in delivering effective, persuasive presentations.
• Create charts, infographics, process flows, and organizational charts that simplify complex information through strong visual communication.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and data visualizations where appropriate to enhance clarity and engagement.
• Maintain a high standard of visual design and meticulous attention to detail across all deliverables.

Our client, a leading digital agency, is seeking a Presentation Designer to join their team on a freelance/contract basis. This role partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to transform complex information into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations that inform, influence, and drive decision-making. The ideal candidate combines advanced PowerPoint expertise, strong visual design capabilities, and outstanding business storytelling skills to develop executive-level materials across a range of high-stakes engagements.

• This is an ongoing contract assignment. Remote. Pay Rate: $60-70/hour.
