We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist to develop visually compelling, executive-level presentations that effectively communicate business strategies, key initiatives, and organizational priorities. This role partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to transform complex information into clear, concise, and impactful presentations. The ideal candidate combines exceptional PowerPoint expertise, strong visual design capabilities, and outstanding business storytelling skills to create presentations that inform, influence, and drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation Development - Create high-quality presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, town halls, strategic planning sessions, and client engagements.
• Design visually engaging slides that effectively communicate complex business concepts and recommendations. Develop presentation templates, layouts, and graphics that align with corporate branding standards.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all presentation materials. Transform complex data, reports, and technical content into concise executive narratives.
• Structure presentations to clearly convey key messages, business impacts, risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Develop executive summaries, talking points, and briefing materials.
• Support leaders in delivering compelling and effective presentations. Create charts, infographics, process flows, organizational charts.
• Simplify complex information through effective visual communication. Enhance presentations with graphics, animations, and data visualizations where appropriate. Maintain a high standard of visual design and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing professional business presentations.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of executive communications and business storytelling.
