This is primarily a PowerPoint Presentation Designer role and not a traditional UI/UX Designer position. Strong executive presentation experience and a portfolio showcasing PowerPoint design work are critical for selection.

We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist / PPT Designer to create visually compelling, executive-level presentations that effectively communicate business strategies, key initiatives, and organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate will combine advanced PowerPoint expertise, strong visual design capabilities, and business storytelling skills to transform complex information into engaging, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Development

Create high-quality presentations for:

• Executive leadership
• Town halls
• Strategic planning sessions

Design visually impactful slides that clearly communicate business concepts, recommendations, and organizational priorities.

Develop presentation templates, layouts, and reusable assets aligned with brand standards.

Maintain consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all presentation materials.

Executive Communications & Storytelling

Convert complex business information into concise executive narratives.

Structure presentations to clearly articulate:

• Key messages
• Business impact
• Risks
• Recommendations

Develop executive summaries, talking points, and briefing materials.

Support senior leaders in delivering effective and influential presentations.

Visual Design & Data Presentation

Design:

• Charts
• Infographics
• Process flows
• Organizational charts

Simplify complex information through effective visual communication.

Enhance presentations with graphics, animations, and data visualizations where appropriate.

Maintain a high standard of design quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience creating professional business presentations.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong visual design and presentation development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of executive communications and business storytelling.
• Experience supporting senior leadership audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

A portfolio is mandatory.
