Qualifications

• Must obtain qualifications for Prescribed Fire Crew Member or Fire Fighter Type 2.
• Experience operating various equipment is required.
• Must achieve physical fitness standards as determined by the local Prescribed Fire Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of prescribed fire and land management.
• Participate in wildland fire operations throughout the U.S.
• Work in diverse landscapes and under physically demanding conditions.
