Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred.

• If preschool: 12 units ECE/CD completed; experience in early childhood setting; CA license requirements awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during After Care, including outdoor play, snack time, and homework time.
• Assist in administrative needs to support program activities, such as maintaining daily attendance records.
• Foster relationships and provide conflict resolution support as needed.
• Communicate with parents daily during pick‑up time, providing student updates.
• Observe and enforce school rules and all health and safety regulations.
• Help maintain and organize the After Care program supplies and spaces.
