Job summary

Spring Education Group’s Early School program is seeking teaching assistants to support a well-researched curriculum for our youngest learners. You will help lay foundations for early literacy, numeracy, and exploration across art, science, and the physical world in a warm, nurturing preschool environment.

You will assist the lead teacher, support individual and small group instruction, prepare materials, supervise students, and communicate with families to ensure a positive learning experience

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a classroom setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with basic educational technology or classroom devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support individual and small group instruction, reinforcing concepts from the lead teacher.
• Help prepare materials and set up classroom activities.
• Supervise students during class, transitions, and on the playground.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members.
