Job summary

NEMCSA Workplace in Michigan is seeking a Preschool Teaching Assistant to help create a safe, engaging classroom where children can learn, grow, and build kindergarten readiness skills. You will support development across social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical domains and partner with families through conferences and home visits.

The role requires an associate degree in Early Childhood Education or a CDA, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain TS GOLD certification

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete TS GOLD Inter-rater Reliability certification within one year of hire.

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities, behavior support, and daily operations.

Requirements
