Preschool Teacher - Three Year Olds

Job Summary:

The Preschool Teacher is a part-time position whose main responsibilities include providing a fun and educational environment fostering gradual transition from parents; developing cognitive, fine and large motor skill through play, art, stories and songs; and/or focusing on lifelong learning skills through readiness activities in math, science, pre-reading and pre-writing.The preschool program will be from 9 am-1:30 pm with the opportunity to extend the day with lunch and enrichment classes.
Teachers can anticipate working 10-25 hours a week depending on their schedule.
*This position will begin training the week of August 25th and the school year runs from September 15th through May 18th, 2026.

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree in Education/Early Childhood, or related field preferred.
Previous experience working with preschool aged children required.

Hours:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Working Conditions:
Teacher may have to lift a participant (in the absence of a parent) for consoling if hurt or crying.
Teacher may be required to work during various weather and building conditions; primary responsibilities are indoors.

Hourly Range:
$18.50 + depending on experience
