Job summary

Prismhr Hire in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an enthusiastic caregiver to support children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You will help with daily care, meals, rest times, and classroom activities, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

This role operates Monday through Friday with no late nights or weekends, and offers weekly pay along with a robust benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a preschool is strongly preferred.
• Must currently be local.
• Degree or Certification in a childhood education related field is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Care and well-being of children, including toileting, meals/snacks, and rest time.
• Supervise and engage in outdoor play and curriculum activities.
• Implement classroom curriculum with enthusiasm and provide close supervision.
• Incorporate songs, stories, and playful interactions throughout the day.
