Job summary

Hopkins Public Schools is seeking a Preschool Substitute Teacher to support classroom activities across our elementary sites. The substitute follows lesson plans, leads developmentally appropriate activities, and helps maintain a safe, organized learning space.

Candidates should have a BA and strong communication, cooperation, and dependability. A short-term teaching license is preferred. Substitutes are on-call and work 4–8 hours per day, year-round, at multiple Hopkins locations.

Hours of Work:

Substitutes are on an on-call basis. Hours vary from 4 hours a day to an 8 hour shift. Substitute need is year-round.

Hours & Compensation:

HEA Union Contract

Rate: $33.33 per hour.
