Job summary

ChildCareGroup is seeking a Preschool Teacher in Garland, TX to plan and implement preschool programs in line with Head Start Standards and state licensing. You will collaborate with staff to support developmental milestones, maintain records, and engage with families. Training on Head Start data systems is provided.

This full-time role involves classroom leadership and adherence to CCG policies. The ideal candidate holds a HS diploma or equivalent, with CDA/AA preferred and at least 1 year with

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preschool CDA or Associate's degree in child development or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages classroom environment and learning centers.
• Plans activities and implements developmentally appropriate programs.
• Supports families through parent meetings and home visits as needed.
• Maintains records and completes child assessments.
• Assists in inventory and procurement of supplies.
• Ensures safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assumes lead responsibility in Lead Teacher’s absence.
