Job summary

The Learning Experience – Billerica, MA is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher for the School Readiness Classroom to guide 3–5 year olds through engaging activities and build kindergarten readiness. You will lead daily routines, implement the LEAP Curriculum, support development across social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical domains, and partner with families to ensure classroom excellence.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required or ability to qualify.
• Experience in preschool or childcare classroom preferred.
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities
• Implement developmentally appropriate lessons using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
• Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Guide children through learning centers, group activities, and daily transitions
• Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication and updates
• Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership to maintain classroom excellence
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations and center policies
