Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher, you will support daily classroom operations and Cadence programs.

You will help create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children’s development, including those with IEPs, while maintaining licensing compliance. You will build positive relationships with children and families, ensure safety, and contribute to curriculum delivery and routines as part

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and respect for all children.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence-approved tools.
• Follow safety and supervision policies and document accidents/incidents per policy.
• Assist in managing and escalating child behaviors per Cadence policies.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development.
