Job summary

Cadence Education in South Jordan, UT is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the supervision of the School Director and Lead Teacher. This role helps create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development while meeting licensing requirements.

You will assist in delivering Cadence Education programs, maintain routines, and build positive relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing qualifications for a Teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Experience in early childhood education preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment where children are treated with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families daily and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Follow the Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
