O2B Early Education is hiring for afterschool positions at our Minnesota centers. Join our team and help deliver engaging lessons, supervise children aged 0-13, and support licensing requirements in a welcoming, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience Working With Children 0-13 Years-old (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid (preferred).
• CDA or Associates Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work Monday - Friday for part time employment, 2:00pm - 6:00pm (potential for full-time positions as well).
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum.
• Maintain licensing requirements.
• Complete required assessments and observations.
• Provide basic care routines.
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs.
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom.
• Have fun!
