Job summary

O2B Kids is hiring for lead infant/toddler teachers across multiple Minnesota locations. This full-time role involves executing lesson plans, maintaining licensing standards, and communicating with parents to support children's growth.

We welcome CDA or Associate degrees (preferred), CPR/First Aid (preferred), and experience with children aged 0-13. Training opportunities and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• CDA or Associate Degree (preferred).
• CPR/First Aid (preferred).
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred).
• Willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Execute lesson plans and curriculum.
• Maintain licensing requirements.
• Complete required assessments and observations.
• Provide basic care routines.
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness.
• Have fun!
