The Goddard School of Hilliard is seeking a Preschool Teacher to lead a class of preschoolers in a safe, engaging environment and to implement age-appropriate lessons that promote learning through play.

You will build strong relationships with children and their families, keeping them informed about progress, and maintain a well-organized, inviting classroom that sparks curiosity and creativity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education degree preferred.
• Experience with preschool-aged children is a plus.
• Experience with potty training is expected.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a class of preschoolers in a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
• Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play.
• Build strong relationships with children and their families, keeping them informed about their child’s progress.
• Maintain a well-organized and inviting classroom that encourages curiosity and creativity.
• Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child through interactive activities.
