Job summary

The Goddard School of Springboro is seeking a dedicated Preschool Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging early education environment. You will collaborate with fellow teachers to support children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development.

Responsibilities include supervising children, delivering developmentally appropriate activities, communicating with families, and maintaining a positive classroom culture while adhering to licensing and center policies.

Qualifications

• Previous childcare or education experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and ensure safety of all children.
• Implement daily activities promoting developmental growth.
• Engage in literacy, language, math, social-emotional and physical development activities.
• Communicate with parents about child’s day and progress.
• Create a clean, organized, welcoming classroom environment.
• Observe and document children's progress and milestones.
• Follow licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and center policies.
