Your role includes assisting with daily routines, potty training, and communicating progress to families. We offer ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive, upbeat environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education degree or coursework is a plus.
• Previous experience working with young children preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in providing a safe and engaging classroom environment for children.
• Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that foster learning and growth.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interactive activities.
• Assist with potty training and help children during daily routines.
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate with families about their child’s progress.
• Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for fun learning each day.
