Cadence Education in Wisconsin is seeking a Preschool Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. This role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment and delivering Cadence Education programs to young children, including those with IEPs.

The ideal candidate will have an associate or bachelor’s in early childhood education or meet state licensing requirements, be able to communicate in English, and collaborate with families

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety procedures and class safety protocols.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a classroom team.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families and establish welcoming relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Maintain classroom routines and safety compliance per policies.
• Communicate professionally with families using approved systems.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and development.
