Job summary

The Learning Experience in Michigan is seeking an Experienced Preschool Teacher for a full-time role. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm. Join a team that values a positive, engaging learning environment where “happy happens here.”

As a lead teacher, you will use the LEAP Curriculum®, work with infants to preschoolers, and partner with families and staff to support enrollment and student growth. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and grow
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum®, working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children’s adventures and achievements
• Partner with daycare center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to support a positive learning environment
