You will implement the LEAP curriculum, foster strong relationships with families and staff, and help children learn, play, grow, and thrive with structured daily routines.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred; six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support seamless learning and play.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress via apps and conversations.
