We value strong relationships with families, safe learning environments, and ongoing professional growth. Compensation starts at $18.15–$21 per hour with full benefits and career development opportunities. Our centers are open year-round, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or higher preferred
• CDA or equivalent required
• 2+ years of working with young children

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate developmentally-appropriate lessons
• Collaborate with classroom professionals to implement engaging play-based learning
• Complete child development observations
• Maintain warm, safe, clean environment and follow state licensing rules
• Develop relationships with families and communicate daily updates
