Bright Horizons in Mount Joy, PA is seeking a Preschool Teacher to create hands-on activities, share milestones with families, and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom that supports early learning.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, college coursework in early education (CDA or degree), and passing background checks. This full-time role offers $17.75–$21.70 per hour, strong benefits, and access to free college degrees through our Horizons CDA & Degree Program.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• College coursework in early childhood education (CDA or associate/bachelor in ECE) is required.
• 1 year teaching experience in child care, day care, or preschool preferred.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) is required.

Responsabilidades

• Create hands-on activities to meet children’s needs and interests.
• Maintain open communication with parents about daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements and inform the director of any concerns.
