Bright Horizons in Coconut Creek, FL, is hiring a Teacher for ages 3-4 in a full-time Preschool Program. The role involves in-person classroom instruction, parent communication, and ensuring a safe, engaging environment. Opportunities exist to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, state/company background checks, and DCF 45 hours; 1 year teaching experience is preferred. Compensation includes hourly pay in a defined range.

Qualifications

• Must pass state and company background checks.
• 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.
• Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse Background Screening.
• DCF 45 hours required (per DCF guidelines).
