Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring a Teacher to work in the Preschool classroom (ages 3 and 4) at Bright Horizons in Boca Raton. The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a focus on hands-on activities, family communication, and a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Qualifications

• CANDIDATES must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate/bachelor’s in early education or related field preferred.
• 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.
• Florida Care Provider Clearinghouse background screening; 45 hours required depending on in-state experience.
