Responsibilities

• Lead a warm, engaging four-year-old classroom with developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Mentor staff and support daily center operations.
• Assist with licensing compliance and Colorado Department of Early Childhood regulations.
• Maintain children’s records and required documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, tours, and family communication.
