Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Denver, CO is seeking an Assistant Center Director to help lead our center to success. You will collaborate with the Center Director to support teaching staff, families, and enrollments while upholding quality standards.

With world-class curriculum and accreditation processes, you will educate parents and leaders on the value of early childhood education and translate that value into daily experiences for children.

Qualifications

• At least two years of early childhood education experience required.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Center Director in leading teaching staff and achieving enrollment, accreditation, and operational objectives.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Serve in roles throughout the center as needed, including teacher, cook, or driver.
