Cadence Education is hiring a Preschool Teacher Assistant in Greenville, SC. You will support a safe, nurturing classroom, assist with curriculum, and help children develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively, including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and licensing expectations.
• Experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment for children.
• Greet children and families and build welcoming relationships.
• Assist in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence programs.
• Communicate professionally with families and staff using approved tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents as required.
• Assist with documenting and reporting incidents and managing escalated behaviors.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and professional development as needed.
