Job summary

L.I.F.E. Child Care Learning Center in Williamsport, PA is seeking a caring team member to work alongside our Lead Teacher to provide a safe, engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

You will support daily routines, supervise play, and help with meals, rest, and transitions, while maintaining a positive and organized classroom with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Prioritize Safety: Keep a watchful eye on children during classroom time, outdoor play, and learning activities.
• Support Daily Routines: Assist with meal/snack times, rest periods, bathroom breaks, and smooth transitions between activities.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the Lead Teacher to maintain a positive, clean, and organized classroom setting.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Clearances Required:

Ability to obtain and clear all required state and federal background checks prior to employment (including Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Record Check, and FBI Fingerprinting).

Physical Demands:

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably sit on the floor, bend, and move actively throughout the day with children.
