Job summary

Xiente is seeking a Teacher Assistant for our Head Start program in Philadelphia. You will support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate activities, foster positive interactions, and help maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment for young learners.

Ideal candidates bring a CDA or equivalent and prior experience with young children, paired with strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and families and nurture each child’s growth and development.
