Job summary

Early Care and Education is seeking enthusiastic preschool teachers to join our after-school program, STEM Station. Monday to Friday with flexible shifts; after-school driving may be required for some roles in Flower Munder area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Texas driver's license required.
• Willingness to drive a mini bus (after-school teachers only).

• Ability to bend, stoop, and run to keep up with active children.
• Strong communication and interaction skills with children and parents.
• Compassion, respect, and patience for young children.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum promoting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
• Document attendance records, and communicate with parents daily.
• Use positive guidance techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to support children's success.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  
• Valid Texas driver's license and willingness to drive a mini bus (after-school teachers only)

Teacher Responsibilities

Requirements

Schedule

Monday to Friday must be flexible with shifts. Shifts may include:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• License/Certification: Valid Texas driver's license (Required)
• Ability to commute: Flower Mound, TX 75028 (Required)
