Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support a positive and respectful classroom environment.
• Greet children and families daily and build professional relationships.
• Assist in recognizing and addressing individual developmental needs, including IEPs.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Follow Cadence Education Safety and Supervision Manual and report incidents.
• Assist with managing and reporting escalated child behaviors per Cadence procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and participate in meetings and trainings.
